Came to Herson and his crew here at Falcon to get an insurance claim fixed (someone hit me on my rear bumper). Honest about pricing upfront and looked to help me out. I was able to email him pictures to get the claim handled. He even set up a rental for me.
Communication was great throughout and he was very accommodating with my school/work schedule. He had someone return the rental for me and everything was well.
